Fuel is a critical component of operating a fleet of vehicles and constitutes 60% of a company's operating budget and the FMS fuel monitoring and control system enables to reduce operating costs and increase efficiency. The GPS tracking devices collect fuel level and consumption data from vehicle on-board computer (CANbus) or from a fuel level sensor, which is installed into the fuel tank. Collected data is sent to the platform, where the fleet manager can view it and use it.
